eSIM Activation Guide
Welcome to our eSIM Activation Guide! Setting up your eSIM is fast and straightforward. In just a few steps, you'll be able to enjoy seamless mobile data access wherever you are.
1. Check Device
Ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology
2. Get QR Code
Locate your eSIM QR code in the purchase email
3. Install eSIM
Follow the device-specific installation steps
4. Connect
Enable data roaming and start using your eSIM
QR Code Installation
Method 1: Using Camera App
- Open the Camera app on your device
- Point the camera at your eSIM QR code
- A notification should appear on your screen
- Tap the notification and follow the steps to install the eSIM
Method 2: Settings Menu
- Open Settings on your phone
- Go to Cellular or Mobile Data (depending on your region)
- Select Add eSIM (may appear as Add Cellular Plan or Add Data Plan)
- Choose Use QR Code option
- Scan your eSIM QR code and follow the prompts
iOS 17+ Users: Scan from Screenshot
- Open your email or webpage containing the QR code
- Long press the QR code and select Add eSIM
- For other iOS 17 versions:
- Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data
- Select Add eSIM and choose Use QR Code
- Tap Open Photos to find your saved QR code
Manual Installation
Using Activation Code
- Open Settings on your iPhone or cellular-enabled iPad
- Navigate to Cellular/Mobile Data (or Mobile Service)
- Select Add eSIM (may appear as Add Cellular Plan)
- Choose Enter Details Manually
- Copy and paste the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your email

Final Setup
Configure Your eSIM
- Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data
- Select your new eSIM from the list
- Ensure Mobile Data is set to your eSIM plan, not your Primary line
- Enable Data Roaming for your eSIM
- Turn off Allow Data Switching to prevent using data from your primary line
